I visited HDFC house loan branch today morning and I was surprised to note that these guys are charging for every phone call that they make to you and every letter that gets posted to you!!!!
I was disappointed to note that these guys will not call up to inform when your EMI cheques get exhausted. This normally leads to an interest payable by you to the tune of ~INR 1000/- per month.
The manager at the branch today said that he has taken my feedback.
I hope he intends to take some action!
